The main issue is that they taste so nice that I want to eat more, I wish you could buy regular gummies that taste like this lol! On the serious side they seem to help my sleep quality, l suffer from bad nightmares and taking these gummies coincides with a lessening of symptoms -although the effects are mild there is enough of a difference to keep taking these.

I've been taking these for a week and a half, I've read that it can take up to 8 weeks to feel any benefit from them but taking 2 in the morning has made me feel quite calm, I don't get overly stressed about much and I seem to have more "get up and go" not sure if it's from these or the magnesium gummies I'm taking at night but I'm sleeping a lot better than I have done in months!The gummies taste ok, kind of like licorice but manageable.Overall, a positive start 👍🏻

I take one every day a couple of hours before bed time (I have to confess, sometimes I forget) and it is not only makes me calm and relaxed but actually happy! Like I going to bed with a smile on my face and waking up with the same mood! Truly amazing. Especially since I'm kind of anxious and stressed usually.Not the best taste but not bad either.

I haven’t felt any effect from these, I will finish the tub to see if you need to take them all for them to start taking effect but at the moment I feel no different taking 2 each morning and it’s been 2 weeks or so

Was dubious at first but can definitely say it works just as good as the more expensive makes, will be buying again .

Taste delicious I keep them by my bed & have 2 at bedtime to promote relaxation & sleep
