The best trimmer!
The Philips Norelco Multigroomer Series 3000 is an excellent grooming tool that delivers exceptional performance and reliability. I’ve been using this 13-piece all-in-one trimmer for over two years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features of this trimmer is its impressive battery life. A single charge lasts for multiple grooming sessions, making it incredibly convenient for travel or daily use. Even after two years, the battery performance remains as strong as when I first started using it. The attachments are versatile and well-designed, offering precision for everything from beard trimming to haircuts and detailing. The blades are sharp, durable, and require minimal maintenance, which adds to the product's overall convenience. I have experienced no issues with this trimmer—it has proven to be reliable and built to last. For its price point, the Philips Norelco Series 3000 offers tremendous value and quality. If you’re looking for an all-in-one grooming solution with excellent performance and durability, this is the product to get!

Seems to be a good product
I haven't used all of this trimmer's features, only the standard 3mm attachment for shaving my head (and other places), so I can't comment on everything this product has to offer. That being said, as a standard trimmer this works very well. I've not had any issues using it, and I have zero complaints. It's easy to clean, does a good job trimming and its small size makes it easier to get the tricky areas - like around your ears, etc. It's also a fairly ergonomic trimmer. I've had trimmers in the past that could be accidentally switched off, due to the position of the switch. This trimmer, however, uses a button which would be difficult to depress accidentally, and so far it hasn't happened to me. I've only charged this product once so far, and I've used it four times. The first time I used it was when it first arrived. I then charged it overnight and have used it three times since, with no signs of it slowing down. That's plenty of battery life for me. This trimmer also includes additional attachments: a nose trimmer (which I've been too scared to use) and a smaller blade for intricate trimming (which I haven't needed to use). Nose trimmers scare me in general, so I don't think I'll use this. The small blade is also something I don't think I'll use, but I would imagine it would work very well. This is a great product for a great price. I would highly recommend it.

Very Good Value
I’ve been using this trimmer regularly for a few years, and it’s easily one of the most reliable grooming tools I’ve picked up. The build is solid, the guards lock in securely, and the blades cut cleanly without tugging. The battery life is excellent, the attachments are genuinely useful, and upkeep is simple. It doesn’t give a true clean shave, but for trimming, shaping, and keeping short stubble even, the performance and value are hard to beat. Phenomenal value for the price.

Update: excellent value
UPDATED REVIEW: I'll leave my original review here because it accurately reflects my first experience, but I can report that after I repaired the product I'm very happy with it. After a few uses straight out of the box, the trimmer stopped resonding to the on/off switch. I had to let it run until the battery died. I disassembled the product, removed and cleaned the switch components, reassembled and fully charged it. Whatever caused the problem is gone and all is good again. That was months ago. Since then I've used it several times a week and, unbelievably, it is still running strong on that charge. I'm used to recharging a trimmer ever week or so. I don't know how long this initial charge will last, but it's been many months now. That means I don't need to keep the charger plugged in and taking up valuable space. The shave I get is not as close as I'd get from a manual razor, but it's good enough for what I need. It's excellent at trimming and getting sharp lines and edges. I think most people would have returned the product when it went rogue, but I'm glad I didn't do that. When the time comes I'll gladly buy another trimmer from this company. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this unit to replace a $12 Remington model that was finally dying after about eight years of good service. I bought this Philips because of it's affordability and good ratings. I shave about once a week. Before I even recharged this Philips shaver once, it became stuck in the "ON" position. The switch wasn't physically stuck; the unit simply stopped responding to the switch. I had to set the shaver on a towel and let it run for about an hour until the battery discharged. (Good battery life, I'll give it that!) In the few times I used it, the shave I got was decent at best. It didn't shave very close or smooth, and I had to go over some areas four or more times to get things acceptably short. I'll probably buy another Remington now. If I can get a warranty replacement for this dead Philips I'll keep it as an emergency backup.

Great Groomer
Bought for my son. Uses it weekly to trim beard, nose hairs, ear hair and great for novice hair cutters. Works great and cleans superbly with a simple water rinse.

What you need to know, 9 paragraphs of advice
1. Booklet writes it takes 8 hrs to charge and 60 minutes of usage. (That is why I like battery powered trimmers, just have an extra set when it dies. I don't have to wait until it recharges.) There is a emergency charge time, that will give you 5 minutes of usage. 2. Read the pamphlet. It has important information about charging and usage. 3. I have a beard. I saw the video with the person with a beard that said he cuts his beard with the 12mm guard. I used the 9mm guard, and I wouldn't use a guard shorter than this. My wife said any shorter, and it wouldn't be called a beard. She didn't want it shorter. I trim my beard once every 2 weeks. I recommend one should start with the 16mm guard and work your way down.I plan to use the 16mm guard the next time. I used the 5mm guard for the mustache. 4. To take off the blade. You hold it from the top and pushed upwards and towards the back of blade. The bottom part of the blade is attached to the shaver handle. It is a plastic fitting, so be careful. Lift off the top part which is the blade, then you can remove the attachment from the shaver handle. 5. I am concerned that the plastic guards might break while attaching them, and again when removing them. 6. The mini precise blade, is very convenient. 7. The nose blade is not sufficient in removing noticeable hairs. You might need to use the mini blade. 8. I have the guard attachments and nose blade in a zip lock bag. The shaver with a 16mm guard, 5 mm guard, and the mini blade are in a second zip lock bag. Then I put them into the bag that came with the beard trimmer. This way there won't be hair laying around in the drawers. 9. The number for the guard size is on the outside of the guard, below the guard blades. The numbers on the inside, I presume are the parts number. It isn't easy to read the guard size number, since it is molded into the guard. I had to turn it in an angle that the light would reflect onto the number.

Good for occasional rough trims and haircuts -- not good for close or intimate shaving
The one I bought in 2021 is a mixed bag of pros & cons. Better for occasional haircuts, trimming, and prepping shave after slumming several days than any daily shaving. The various head attachments work well enough for rough haircuts and beard trimming. But it is never good enough for close face shave. Its what you use to cut down several days or more of beard growth to make things easy for a traditional razor. Unless of course you are aiming for the heavy stubbled look. Price is the biggest Pro. Its also mechanically durable vs wear and small drops...though I suspect its hard plastic shell is not good versus a 3+ foot drop to a hard floor. The big cons are minor cutting bites when held at less than ideal angles like when doing underarms (inclined angle of front). So not recommended for intimate body hair unless you like having soreness from several shallow skin cuts. Also the battery is apparently NiCad or lead acid -- meaning its motor gets slow as it reaches the last 10-15% of the original full charge. Worse the max charge falls off over time and recharges. Nope its not a smart charger so the battery is further damage by overnight overcharging. If you used it daily I suspect that battery might die within a year. I got about 4.5 years out of it using it about 1 time per week. So

Perfect Multigroom Kit " A+"
As mentioned in the description "World Class Product". Its imported from US so the build and performance is absolutely superb, there is no such negative prospect of the product as everyone is used to LED indicator that's the missing feature. When its compared with the domestic product of same brand, there is no match in terms of price and performance. As i was using Philips QT 4011 best among many and some other brand trimmers also, it has some extra attachments which fulfills the purpose and justify the Title. According to price it seems costly but it has a charger and run time of 1 hour which is not available in new series of Philips trimmer. You should go for this its worth the money.
