B6 is one of the cornerstones of vitamin-taking. Essential as one of the B vitamins, but also has properties that encourage regular use. For instance, in recovery from fatigue or straining of muscles & nerves. B6 can take on such things as Carpal-Tunnel Syndrome and produce healing. Together with B3 (Niacin) & B12, a full strike on the ills of mind and body. B6 has become hard to find in the usual places. This B6 100mg 240 caps will last about a year of more-or-less regular consumption (before I need to get more from Amazon.)

100mgなので1日1カプセル 夜食後にマグネシウムと一緒に飲んでいます。 使用して3週間ですが筋肉的にはっきりとした体感はありませんがむくみが少し取れて体全体の皮膚感が薄くなった気がしています。

ラベルの化学構造式
細かいところですがPyridoxine HClなのにラベルの化学構造式はPyridoxal Phosphateですね。どちらでも効果面では等価と考えられますが、せっかくなので構造式は正しいものを記載して欲しいです。品質面では問題なさそうです。
