These are truly beautiful meditation cushions, and so well made. I have tried a variety of cushions. Many are too hard, including buckwheat, and leave me with numb legs if I don't move every 20 minutes or so, which is a problem. This cushion is a bit softer, though still firm, and I love that it folds so you can choose your favorite height. It is my favorite one so far!

Extends my meditation time im so glad I bought it

This cushion is firm and versatile, it is useful for yoga and meditation, and I find it surprisingly useful in many situations. I rally like how firm it is, and the way it folds allows it to be conveniently moved, and at the same time it can be easily doubled for a thicker cushion. It is well made and beautiful to look at as well, I highly recommend this cushion.

Perfect little seat for long meditation and breath work practice

I bought two of these cushions months ago and love them so much. They're even light enough to take to yoga class with me and can be use as soft bolsters in yoga asanas as well as being a good yoga cushion. I am literally sitting on one of them now at my desk chair. Thoroughly recommend. I'm writing this review now because I may be buying more months later.
