They're ok and do what they are supposed to do. Just getting them on is a chore and can be very tricky. I have to have my wife put it on for me or else they get all jacked up.

I bought these to cover my Dexcom CGM sensors, since I sometimes have difficulty with the provided overpatch. Adhesion is good, and they last the full 10 days of my sensors' lifespan. Depending on the specific sensor placement these can be very difficult to apply by myself, which is an issue if my wife is not around to assist. The backing paper is split into four sections, which is good and bad. Exposing only part of the adhesive at once is a smart way to start. However, the backing is obviously cut with the same dye as the patch, so there is no overhang and nothing to grasp. When the sensor is applied to the back of the arm I have found it nearly impossible to find an edge to pull the paper off so I can remove it. Waterproof? Not really. This is not a big deal for me personally, but they are somewhat water resistant - definitely NOT waterproof.

I have only used these twice and I like the way they cover the FS2 sensor. The patch comes w/ a 4 part backing so you don’t have to have it sticking together which is nice except I place the sensor on the upper back of my left arm meaning left arm is useless to assist. Even tho I am right handed and I removed 2 of the backings, trying to pull the other two off was challenging. I think I have worked out a ‘method’ to bend the two remaining backings before applying so you have something to grasp and stick on if that makes sense. Otherwise I would have given this a 5. Also, the sensor is less visible on your arm as these are skin tone.

These patches are very easy to put on. However, they're just a flat piece of stretchy material with an adhesive ring, so not a lot of protection. They're also not cut the greatest, if you're OCD then you'll definitely notice. The adhesive is great the first day or two but then starts coming up. Towards the end of the two weeks it was already half off. When I shower I always washed around it and not directly over it as to not break down the adhesive with my body wash. As for being waterproof, they do get wet but dry quickly with a few blots of a towel using some gentle pressure to help push and water out of the fabric. I personally wouldn't order then again. They also irritated my skin less than the tega-derm type protectors.

I got this on the 30th of Jan and tried it out showered the next day it lifted a bit today is the 6th of Feb and I had to change it I cut of edges that were lifted to extend the life but more showers more lifting I would suggest using skin tac or something to help it last longer I will buy them again because they do help the sensor stay on my sensor was adhered still very well when usually by now that is also lifting so if I need to use 2 covers for 14 days it's acceptable
