Flimsy, but adequate.
Instalation was straight forward, but there is quite a bit of flex when the wind blows. Not very sturdy.

we installed this unit on a glass in rear deck to heat and cool it for my parents, it took only 20 min to go from 55 degrees to 73 degrees on the 450 sq ft area

HAPPENED AGAIN............USED!!!!!! MISSING PARTS
WAS SENT ANOTHER BRACKET SAME DAMAGE AND PARTS FLOATING AROUND IN OPENED BOX!The picture shows what the contents of the box containing mini split bracket. NO INSTURCTIONS AND OBVIOUSLY USED! I WISH I COULD RETURN IT BUT NOT ENOUGH TIME :(

Not big enough to meet clearance requirements
Ordered this setup to install a Mr Cool 2800 unit. Horizontal piece of bracket is not long enough to meet the minimum 6" clearance required by this unit. Did not realize this until I had the bracket installed.

Too small not study. Had to return
Attempted to install this with a 18,000 BTU pioneer mini split heat pump. Didnt work not big or sturdy enough.
