Perfect, we eat them daily, slightly bitter, but they should be, great quantity and quality product, they stay fresh!

I’m really impressed with Richard’s Nutrition Apricot Seeds. The quality is excellent,fresh, clean, and packaged well so they stay crisp. They have a natural, slightly bitter taste (which is exactly how real apricot seeds should be), and I actually enjoy snacking on a few throughout the day or blending them into my smoothies. They are organic and non GMO.

DO NOT eat 10 at one time! Read instructions. Taste is awful but if it’s for my health I don’t care. Very fresh as long as you keep zipper closed. Smell isn’t bad. Price was fine, I really didn’t shop around so I wouldn’t know. Supposed to be very healthy for you. We’ll see.
