The product arrived in good timing. It is of good quality and had significant impact in a short period of time. Energy levels, and holistic feeling of wellness. I firmly believe that different people respond differently to different things, but from my experience, it's worth giving it a try. When used in moderation this can last some time. So, definitely worth it in my opinion.

Pretty amazing stuff! I recently received my order of pure pine pollen powder. I immediately tried it the next morning, using the scoop provided inside. I added it to my bottled water. Shook it up really good to let it dissolve for a few minutes and drank it! I could not taste anything except maybe there was a little bit of a nutty flavor temporary. So I don't know what the other reviews were talking about but there was no bad taste or smell. Within a couple hours I realized that it does have some great energy packed into it. In fact the second day I think I had even more of an energy kick in that felt very natural. It wasn't like a caffeine boost or big high and then crash. Just a steady flow of energy. Within a week I had taken it three times. I probably won't do it every day because I'm an avid juicer. After taking it three times the one thing for sure I have noticed and that I have shared with others about this product, is that I feel like hormones are so leveled out and I feel very well balanced. I am constantly on the move traveling at the moment so I cannot say it's fireworks in the bedroom! But that certainly is something to look forward to if it holds up to be true as in many of the other reviews I read. Definitely would buy it again! Hope the product doesn't change or the quality becomes less or mixed in with something else as I have read other products do. Keep the product the way it is because it's great!

I am a 54 year old female bodybuilder, health and wellness coach. I will begin this review with stating that I have an obsessed inner scientist that is unstoppable when it comes to experimenting with superfoods. I buy all of my products from Microingredients due to consistent, impeccable quality all around. Due to my age, hard lifting and building muscle I became testosterone dominant and began to masculinize my facial features. After researching adaptogenic foods, I settled on pine pollen for two reasons. The first, being the existence of a pollinating pine tree right out my bedroom door causing me to suffer extreme allergy symptoms. I calculated I could get significant relief from a daily pinch of the innoculating pine pollen sublingually to alleviate my symptoms and it worked immediately. The second, pine pollen as an adaptogenic which I thought could help bring my endocrine system back into balance since bodybuilding knocked me into testosterone dominance. It worked for this as well; however, I feel I need to caution very strongly about the adaptogenic nature of pine pollen. IT IS ESTROGENIC! If you are a woman with estrogen sensitivities or you have a health issue which precludes your use of ESTROGENIC foods DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! It caused a very life threatening fibroidal hemorrhage for two months which I had a difficult time neutralizing with progesterone. It's a great product with very powerful properties, but needs to be used with urgent caution. If upon eating this food an out-of-cycle spot occurs discontinue immediately, don't wait and the give what is left of the package to your husband or boyfriend because it works very well for mine in terms of...um...keeping certain energy up. If you get my drift. Let's talk about taste. It's pine pollen. Imagine a sawmill. It tastes exactly how a sawmill smells which I actually found to be very pleasant.

After research, I found that this product was highly recommended for that. I used it to make a tincture to spray under the tongue as opposed to mixing it into drinks, etc. This made it last a lot longer. This is probably the most reasonable priced of this pine pollen and it seems to be quality; the type of quality one is looking for. The first batch of tincture, I let brew for 2 weeks. I have another batch that I'm letting brew for at least 6 weeks to see if there's improvements (2 to 6 weeks are the recommended brewing times). I have been using the first batch of tincture for about a month now. I have noticed some slight improvements perhaps. Let's just say that some mornings are the hardest part of the day again. I will update as appropriate if I see more improvements and/or if the 6 weeks batch proves to be better. I hope that this helps someone decide whether or not to purchase this product.
