I’ve needed to add protein into my diet and this has helped me. It mixes easily in liquids or soft foods. It is tasteless as it says. So far it is a great value for helping me with what I need and seems to be effective. I am glad the ingredients do not include soy.

A daily serving is just one scoop.
Three years out from bariatric surgery and this has been the best product that I have found. It mixes well with my protein coffees. Even in black coffee, it doesn't have an overwhelming taste to it. I like the fact that a daily serving is only 1 scoop, where others require multiple scoops or tablespoons for a daily serving. Calories are light at only 40. It has helped knee pain and hair growth but not helped with thin/weak nails.

Has definitely helped with hair growth. You won’t notice a difference for 2-3 months but once you see the difference you won’t want to stop using the product. The product is quite sour but I just down it quick to get it over with.
