Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups for Sever’s Disease, Green, 1 Pair, Regular | Shock-Absorbing Cushion Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain

These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so I’m willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! I’m determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. It’s’ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! I’m sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuli’s are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. I’ll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too.

They provide good relief for my plantar fasciitis. I forget that they are there.

Very helpful and supportive for my ankles, it helped ease the pain and helped with not straining my ankles. This is awesome for people with pain in ankles and helps relive it.

These work as advertised! The first night after wearing these, I noticed the pain due to plantar fasciitis had decreased. I use them in my walking shoes. It took a a few minutes to get use to them but are now comfortable. The edges may fold over when putting on your shoes. I have not any issues of the cups slipping. Overall a great purchase.

Not a paid review. Product works, plain and simple. My 10yo has severs and it’s extremely painful for him. He still has to wear shoes with good cushion but when paired with these heel cups, he feels almost no pain. Basketball practice 3 days a week and 4+ games on the weekends and these are still working. He’s been wearing them for 2 weeks now and they are holding up great.

Podiatrist recommend for plantar faciitis and heel spurs. Very comfortable, great relief.

UPDATE: they healed my stubborn heel pressure ulcers. I tried a lot of things and really offloaded (elevated with my heels floating off the pillow) whenever I could but I still had to walk around and every time I did it would aggravate them. These provide real pressure relief. As a wound care nurse myself, I would recommend these to anyone with heel pain.I am a grown adult who wears size 7.5 shoes. Even though they say they are for kids they fit fine. (I got the teen size) As a matter of fact they are a tad wide but I do have a narrow foot. Due to a severely pinched nerve in my back I stayed in bed for 3 weeks and developed pressure ulcers on both heels. I didn’t even feel them or know it was happening becasue I was in so much pain with my back. They were deep tissue injuries with no wound on the outer skin. They were mushy and red and super painful. I just couldn’t get them to heal and some days they hurt SO BAD. They aren’t healed yet but even the first day I wore them I noticed a significant difference. They would easily fit in house shoes but they also fit in my work shoes too. If I don’t want to wear shoes around the house I put them in the inside of socks so I can still have some pressure relief. They feel a little bit weird (I am aware of them when I walk) but work better than others. They also make my heels a little sweaty but they are washable so it’s a small price to pay for heel pain relief. I will continue to use them until I heal completely and may even buy more for when I get back to hiking. I recommend these for heel pain relief.

These won't be the cheapest heel cups on the market, but they are the best. The Tuli heel cups have a patented technology that provided so much support through creating space via air pockets and the unique criss cross design. These have been around for decades, and I've bought a few pairs at this point.I have tried cheaper options, but nothing quite gives you the "walking on air" sensation that these do.
