Although comfortable when you first put them in, they aren't so comfortable when they slide from under your heel to your arch. Hopefully, they will stay under the heel when I wear flats.Update: They do stay a little bit better when wearing flats, but still slide occasionally. On a more positive note, my heels no longer hurt at the end of the day. I have plantar fasciitis and my heels would feel like there was a spur at the end of the day- no more though! I still stay with the 3 stars review, because the design doesn't allow for it to stay in place.

Super comfortable! Much better than expected. I hope they last a long time. Haven’t yet tried them on a long walk, but so far, they relieve my heel discomfort.

Gel heels worked to eliminate pain for my heel bone spur. Easy walking now!. Unexpected was that the gel would be "floppy". Makes it a little difficult to put my shoes on as I have to hold the gel back to keep it from bending under my heel as I insert my foot into my sneakers. Once my foot is in the shoe, no issue with the product moving around or anything. Other than that small issue, love being able to walk pain free!! Also, should be noted that for females, shoe size 10.5 and larger, order the men's size. I searched other sites to find that information.

I am a walker and developed this intense pain in my right heel. I tried to ignore it and thought it would get better but it did not. Purchased a heel pad and it helped a little but was a problem keeping it positioned properly. I then purchased the Polar Bear Gel Heel Cup and within 5 -7 days I could walk practically pain free and they stay in place with absolutely no problem. I think they are great and plan to purchase another set of the Polar Bear Heel Cups such that every pair of my shoes will have one in them.

After a self-diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, I searched the Internet for some relief. I found a running website that recommended rest, ice, and the Tuli heel cup (of which there are several kinds). Further investigation indicated that the Tuli Gel Polar Bears might make a good choice.I wasn't too happy when the package from Amazon arrived because I had bought nails for my nail gun to qualify for the free shipping, and they had erupted from their box and were loose in the larger packing container. Then when I tried to extricate the gel heel pads from their plastic prison, they appeared to be welded to the sides. The pads are stronger than they appeared and came out with no tears.So here is the purpose of this babbling review: Relief came with the FIRST step on the Tuli Gel Polar Bears. If you have been hobbling because of heel pain, give these things a try. They are inexpensive when you consider the alternatives.Dick

I returned these because they didn't have enough cushioning for my bone spurs.

I had a heel flare up out of nowhere a few months ago and hobbled around in severe pain. After researching a bit on the internet, I discovered that this condition is quite common and easy to remedy by wearing heel cups for several weeks/months.To say these cups were a lifesaver is putting it mildly because I could barely walk. I chose to wear them in both shoes because since they came as a pair, I figured I might as well wear them as a pair. I like that they make me a little taller, too :)Now, I have no more pain and don't even have to wear them anymore. Also, I used these doing yard work and got dirt all in my shoes. These are easily washable right in the kitchen sink. Pretty much only have to rinse them and dirt comes right off.

I had to order heel support , as I had lot of pain in my heel .. I';m on my feet for most of the day !! I haven't had any pain since .. They are easy to use and clean .. Thank you :-)

a friend recomended these for above complaint have been whereing them daily and the pain in my heels is slowly easeing

These don't do much to help my heel pain. They'd probably be ok for a person who's a healthy weight.
