Warms up fine but doesn’t hold the heat for long. Safer than a hot water bottle I suppose. Comfortable to warm the affected area.

Flexible wheat bag, no issues relieves my aching knee, smells slightly when removing from the microwave but not any issue, I use at work while I’m sat at my desk as I sit for long periods of time. Would recommend.

Brilliant Little Wheat Bag
When I first removed it from the box I was disappointed that it was smaller than other wheat bags I have had but actually the size has been a huge plus as it snuggles more closely into the curve of my back & I find that I use it all the time. Very happy with this purchase.
