It takes some careful tinkering and cutting. But I’m now able to use it in this device and power up a lot of things. I am very happy with the performance of this device.
Review: Versatile 18650 charger and battery bank - I have been using this for a few weeks now and find it very useful especially when charging 18650 cells, which is the primary reason i bought it. Although I have been in a pinch a couple of times now and it works as effortlessly as a portable battery bank for recharging my phone and other usb powered devices. My only dislike of it is that i am not 100% sure if it balance charges or not and after seeing some horror stories about imbalanced cells i have not been adventurous enough to put cells with different states of charge in it. But for what it is it works better than i would expect for the price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: how long charge?**
A: Charge until all of the bars (in display window) are continuously lit up and the "in" volt should read about 5 volts  but more importantly the "in" current will read zero. The amount of time it takes to reach the fully charged state varies drastically depending on the charger you use and also the capacity of lipo batteries that are used. Mine takes a couple of hours to charge and I am using 4x 2000mah lipo batteries with a USB 2.0  2 amp basic wall charger. Hope this helps.

**Q: Will this also charge Cr 123a if you stack 2 together**
A: No it will not fit. Only 18650!

**Q: Does it charge the batteries independently? If I replace one full battery with a dead one, will it charge just the one dead battery?**
A: Yes, and you can see how full each battery is

**Q: Can this use a solar panel to charge?**
A: I dont see why it wouldn't work with solar charging

This case works great. Each battery has and indicator on the display to tell you if there is and issue with that battery. Its great for using with any spare 18650 batteries you might have. The quality it good, its hold 4 batteries and the power output and charging speed depends on the batteries you use. You can always change out a battery if there is an issue instead of having to discard the whole thing.
