Rimmel Kind + Free Moisturising Skin Tint Foundation, Vanilla 160

Great foundation, light but good coverage, goes on smoothly, no dragging or patches. Blends beautifully

I have been so pleasantly surprised by this product. I heard about it from searching for some hydrating skin tints and also saw it recommended as a dupe for a “radiant tinted moisturizer” from a far more expensive brand that I love. For the price, I gave it a try without much expectations and am so glad that I did. I have combination skin with an oily forehead and quite dry cheeks, and am a light-medium, warm olive. Drugstore foundations and tints can always be a bit hit and miss on shade range and match, but I managed to get it right on the first try. I usually add blue or green pigment to my complexion products but the color of this has been near perfect from the get go which is already a huge win. It applies easily and blends well with fingers, brushes, sponges… everything I’ve tried. The coverage is exactly what I was looking for, pretty sheer and very natural on the satin side, but enough to cover redness and even out skin tone. With concealer and powder on top, it makes me look fresh and flawless but not in an overly done way, which is my personal preference. It lasted all day even with some sweating and rain on my face. Most products eventually lead to my dry cheeks feeling itchy but I haven’t had this issue with this. It’s not the biggest size but I’m not shocked by it either and still find it extremely good value for the price. I saw that there’s now a version called glow it up, I don’t know if it’s the same but I hope they keep this formulation because it is perfect for me and I intend to keep purchasing. Now interested in trying the rest of the range as well.

This is a really nice, hydrating skin tint. It has a light to medium coverage, but it’s biggest benefit for me was how hydrating it is. It gives a lovely glowy finish but not greasy looking or feeling. Easy to blend and is great value. Also hasn’t broke me out on my very sensitive skin

I actually really liked the colour of this skin tint. It matched my skin tone really well which can be difficult to find with skin tints. When you first apply it, it goes on nicely and looks quite natural. The problem for me is that it doesn’t really give the glowy finish I was expecting from the product. After wearing it for a while I also found it started to get quite oily and it doesn’t seem to properly dry down. It’s also very transferable so it ends up getting onto things quite easily. I think if you have dry skin and don’t mind a more dewy finish you might get on with it but for me the staying power and transfer were the biggest issues. 3/5 stars from me. The shade match was great but unfortunately the finish and wear weren’t quite what I was looking for.

This is really good foundation i usually buy a different Rimmel one but tried this one which i will stick with, goes on really well hides blemishes and lasts well.

I LOVE this product! I am a huge fan of the old kind and free skin tint and was disappointed when I discovered they had discontinued it to replace it with this and blur it up BUT NOW... I AM IMPRESSED! This formula is so good! Super easy to apply, doesn't look thick or cakey but still gives really nice coverage. It's perfect for daily wear. I don't use anything else anymore.

me encanta es una bb cream , poco cubriente pero se puede poner una segunda capa y queda ligera,el tono perfecto. Me gusta mucho el formato , estaba hasta del gotero

Estremamente leggero e facile da stendere

Ho la tendenza a usare sempre lo stesso prodotto di makeup da diversi anni e sono abituata quindi ad una marca specifica molto delicata sulla pelle chiara, come in foto. Hi la pelle del viso praticamente dello stesso colore di una nordica quindi la pelle è chiara ed è molto delicata e ho provato questo prodotto. Nonostante il mio scetticismo iniziale, sono completamente soddisfatta, anzi, dopo averlo provato per diversi giorni mi sono resa conto che posso utilizzare questo prodotto in modo diverso da quello che uso abitualmente. Di solito metto sempre una base di che crema idratante e poi il fondotinta liquido e il colore é un colore abbastanza neutro e poi per dare un tocco di colore e per completare il makeup aggiungo una terra mosaico color sole. In questo caso, con questo nuovo prodotto ho usato una tonalità che leggermente tende al rosato. Innanzitutto devo essere sincera, è veramente molto idratante, ma non ha una protezione solare e soprattutto non è perfettamente coprente su alcune macchie del viso. Premesso questo, devo essere sincera l'idratazione sul viso è rimasta per tutta la giornata e su questo tipo di colore va applicata una terra mosaico dai colori tendenti sul rosa quindi più chiari perché già di suo questo tipo di prodotto dona un colorito diverso. Per quanto riguarda la tipologia di trucco abbinabile possiamo inoltre applicare il correttore per le occhiaie, che lo si può trovare della stessa linea e dello stesso colore, e ovviamente passare alla zona labbra e occhi ma già così questo tipo di prodotto offre un trucco perfetto per qualsiasi giornata o serata.
