It works
I was looking for unflavored carb powder to mix with my BCAA's peri workout. I've been using Jacked factory supps for years. I came across this & thought it fit what I wanted to do. It mixes up easily but for me it doesn't stay mixed. Each time I drink I have to give it a quick shake which is not a big deal to me, but to some it might be. I can def tell the difference between this & the other carb powder I was taking. Will def continue to use this.

Overall Good
Only downside is mixability. It doesn’t really dissolve in shaker bottles.

great carbs for working out
I have been using it with electrolytes and taurine for my works out and i really like it. It gives me energy needed to train hard and be able to finish strong. I have tried the flavored ones but since the electrolytes are flavored it was too much so I am buying the unflavored one and it is perfect now.

Good carbs. Doesn’t mix well
Fast working carbs. Great energy during workout. Does not mix well at all. Clumps up immediately. Thickens shake so much it’s gross. Settles on bottom of any container no matter how much you shake it.

Great mixer
I use this to add carbs to protein shakes. It mixes well and doesn't really have a taste. It also doesn't spike my blood sugar.
