You are getting nearly 400 calories in a flapjack here, but boy do they give you energy when you need it. Great taste, texture and quality. I have been eating one a day for almost two years now. Love them.

My children adore them too, especially my seven-year-old, who is always searching for something sweet yet filling. It's worth mentioning that these bars can be quite sweet; for some, half a bar might be sufficient. They pack nearly 400 calories each, so they might not be suitable for everyday consumption if you're watching your intake. The individual wrapping makes them convenient to toss into a work bag or picnic basket, and they remain moist and appealing even after a few hours in the bag, something not all snacks can claim. Despite the rich taste, I wish they didn't contain palm oil. It would certainly add to the feel-good factor of having these delicious flapjacks around.

These are good size pieces, filling too, would recommend.

This multipack contains 20 x 80 g bars of Brynmor Caramel Fudge Flapjack. The bars are quite high in calories, with 369 calories per bar. They taste nice, chewy but not too chewy, and not overly dry. Personally, they’re slightly too sweet for me, and half a bar is plenty; I find a full bar a bit sickly. Nice flapjack bars, although I would’ve preferred them if they were made without the addition of palm oil.
