Great product
Great flavor and product

Clumped powder, poor customer service
Got clumpy powder so I contacted BSN. They took weeks to reply even though the automated response said it would be 24 hours. When I finally heard back they wanted me to answer 30 questions and send 5 photos. Luckily in the meantime I had contacted Amazon who refunded my money no questions asked. Been a long time user of this product but after this experience I will be trying other things.

I should have checked the ingredients
Great flavor, I have jungle juice. Mixes well. But it contains horrible flavoring additives. And bio engineered food particles. I'm definitely not buying again. This is opposite of what I'm looking for in my health journey!

Chalky
Very chalky when I opened it. I tried crushing it up back into powder form and didn’t work. I figured it would still mix well, but nope. Didn’t mix great and there were tiny clumps. The taste was ok. A bit like soap. So in the trash it went. Value for my money? GREAT! But learned my lesson. I’ll pay for the more expensive ones to get better quality.

Extremely artificial. Don't buy it if you care about your health. A bunch of artificial things and taste. I regret buying it the moment it arrived. Search the ingredients in the picture

Taste is a 5/10. Tart and chalky. But overall the ingredients are good.

A terrible product
This isn't the first product from this company that I've used. For over a year, I've been using their EAA, just a different flavor. Everything was fine. But I decided to try a new flavor. It’s just awful. It feels like moisture got into the product at the factory—it’s all clumpy and hard as a rock. The packaging was sealed. I’m very disappointed. I think I’ll switch brands; this isn’t right. And on top of that, I can’t return the product. But it’s spoiled.
