Painful to wear
I had to return immediately. Very painful to wear as soon as I placed them in my nose.

no permanece puesto
No se qué pasa, pero yo me lo pongo al acostarme y despierto sin él. Quizás yo llevo otra medida, aunque creo existen de una sola medida.

Still Too Big
Even adjusting it to the smallest setting, I was unable to insert them.

Breathing through my nose now
Takes a couple of night to get used to having something up your nose while you’re trying to sleep but they do help with my breathing. I have collapsed cartilage in my nose that can only be fixed with cosmetic surgery. This is much cheaper alternative. Don’t be surprised when you wake up and realize you pulled them out. Just stick them back in lol

These are tough...
I really, really wanted to use and like these. Unfortunately, there are several issues. I understand people all have difference noses, so these may work better for some than others, but they don't work for me. Pros: they DO manage to keep the nostrils open and I could definitely tell a difference, similar to what you get with nasal strips in holding your nostrils open and there's a marked improvement in air flow. Cons: the middle part is way too tight - they pinch the middle of the nose too strongly and over time cause a dull throbbing pain for me, which makes it difficult to sleep. My left nostril is also smaller than my right, and getting a good fit in there is impossible for me, meaning there's a lot more pressure on that nostril vs. the other one, which means they slightly tear up the inside of my nose, which isn't good. I've yet to make it a full night with this in. If I put it in early to try and "get used to it" I end up pulling it out prior to falling asleep. If I put it in and do fall asleep, every time so far I've pulled it out at some point during the night. Lying on my side, if my pillow touches my face at all or I happen to bump my nose it wakes me up due to the pain. They're a nice idea, but at least for me, there are multiple issues with using these. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to use them.

I sleep so much better.
As soon as I put this baby in my nose, I can tell I am getting more air. I sleep more soundly with it and my friends say that my snoring isn't nearly as loud as it used to be.

Didn't fit and hurt
The nose device was too big for one of my nostrils but I put it in as well as I could and went to bed. I woke up in pain in the middle of the night--so I took it out. It is useless to me and it is nonreturnable. I'm not a tiny person--I'm average physically--and I do not have a tiny nose. I'm not sure who this is designed for. Too much money for something that doesn't fit or work.
