Tastes Good and Helps You Fall Asleep Faster
I drink a lot of coffee, so falling asleep can sometimes be a challenge. I’ve been using these Amazon Elements melatonin gummies, and they’ve been helpful. They start working fairly quickly—around 20 minutes or so—and make it easier for me to fall asleep. The 10mg dose feels effective for consistent nighttime use. The strawberry flavor tastes good and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. They’re easy to take, and the texture stays consistent without clumping. They’re also reasonably priced for the amount you get. Overall, a convenient and effective option for sleep support, especially if you rely on caffeine during the day.

Tastes like a fruit snack
These not only work but they taste like a fruit snack. You can take two which is 10 or just 1 which is 5.i have had no side effects other than 1/2 hour my eyes are heavy and I'mready for bed. They don't smell like some other bands and super convenient that they are gummies

Good sleep aid
This is a good product. I have trouble sleeping and this definitely helps! I'm a very light sleeper. This doesn't completely knock me out for the night, but it does help.

Great product
This works great to help you fall asleep but after taking these Gummies, it takes about 30 minutes to work but after taking these as directions says always get in bed they will work better and faster to make you sleepy, if you stay up after taking the recommend quantity, this doesn't work as good to make you sleepy if you stay up waiting to get sleepy! Stay in bed after taking these and you will fall asleep peacefully and feel restful after you wake up and you don't feel sluggish ! I do recommend this product, non additions! Much better than other sleep aids ! You get a full bottle of great tasting Gummies!

It works!
It works! I have no problem going to sleep, but I wake up during the night & can't get back to sleep, sometimes for HOURS! I took two gummies last night before bedtime & besides getting up twice to use the restroom, I slept all thru the night! I felt so much better rested. Tonight I will try just one gummie. Thank you!!!
