SOLARAY Vital Extracts Ashwagandha 470 mg, 60 VegCaps

Ok, so after suffering from major anxiety/panic attacks for roughly 7 years now, it was with much apprehension and skepticism that I decided to try Ashwaghanda for my symptoms. I picked this particular Soloray brand because it was reviewed and tested by Consumer Labs to contain the ingredients that are listed on the label. I am now about 3 weeks into taking one of these each morning before I exercise (I also take a Ben Greenfield CBD capsule at night before bed, which contains Ashwaghanda also, although I have no idea how much), and I will say that if you suffer from anxiety and/or panic attacks, you have to at least try this product. It has helped me way beyond what I thought it would, having tried everything under the sun already. Now, it has not completely eliminated my anxiety 100%, and I have had maybe 3-4 bad days in the past 3 weeks, but that is such a drastic improvement over having maybe 1 good day a week that I'm confident that this is NOT a placebo effect that's happening. I have had the most stressful year of my life and I believe my cortisol levels were through the roof, and this product is supposed to help bring that down substantially, so that was my main motivator in trying this stuff. So, for what it's worth, 3 weeks into it, I'm starting to live life a lot more fuller than I've been able to in many years. Whether it's the "miracle" plant that it's purported to be on the internet remains to be seen, but I can truthfully say that I wish I had stumbled across this stuff a LONG time ago. Hope this review can help somebody else who has suffered from this crap for a long time.

Helps keep me calm and not stress so much. Idk how much it does for testosterone but mood wise this stuff is a miracle .

I have ADHD and with that, I also have spells of anxiety. My anxiety occurs most often when getting into bed at night. I take this with 2 Magnesium and the anxiety is gone within around 15-20 minutes. I've also taken during the day as needed and it always helps.

Product came a day earlier that they said. This brand works best for me. This herb helps reduce anxiety and stress, and help fight depression. I just use 1 caplet sometimes twice a day, breakfast and lunch. After the bottle is out, I wait several weeks before I order another bottle. Other sites say that you are not supposed to use it all the time. I am a believer in herbal meds but I don't agree with taking as much as they say to. It helps me feel better and focus on the things that are important. Obvisously it will not work or help everyone.

Not sure if we should take it. Ordered my last bottle from the same seller. However the pills are two very different colors.

I do not know if this helps my thyroid. But I started taking it daily with Solaray's Female Hormone Blend. I got the hormone blend for PMS. By itself, it only helped a little. When I also took the ashwagandha, I had better results with keeping PMS at bay. Not a miracle, but it helps when taking both pills together.

This is a great product. My problem is fatigue, and I’ve use this for years to give me more energy. I take Ashwagandha and Rhodiola. Both our Solaray brand, and I’m very happy with the results.

La tomo un rato antes de dormir y . tengo un sueño más tranquilo.

Realmente funciona para dormir mejor, yo lo empecé a notar a los pocos días, tomaba una de mañana y otra un rato antes de acostarme, ahora bajé la dosis a sólo una por la noche porque siento que ahora la de la mañana me da sueño y no la necesito, aunque empezando me ayudo mucho para el stress, que aunque no te quita como tal cuando algo te da stress fuerte, si notas que la forma de enfrentarlo no te causa esa mala sensación que antes si me daba. Por lo tanto, recomiendo el producto totalmente. Respecto al envío, supero mis expectativas, lo pedí por la noche y me llegó por la mñn, una maravilla.

Complemento vitamínico de buena calidad. La cantidad es adecuada para el consumo diario. Suplemento de ashwagandha recomendable para el bienestar.

Estoy usándola ahora mismo y a mi me está yendo muy bien aunque su efecto es paulatino. No de la noche a la mañana. He tenido problemas severos de insomnio durante muchos años y quería recurrir a algún tipo de "medicamento" natural para conseguir unas horas de sueño al menos. Lo bueno es que poco a poco consigo dormir bien un par de horas y aunque el sueño restante no sea profundo, siento que me voy recuperando poco a poco. Al día siguiente me encuentro bien y ya no tengo ese cansancio que me arrastraba todo el día. Por otro lado, ya conozco a esta marca y la recomiendo 100%.
