All-Clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle 11x11 Inch Oven Broiler Safe 500F, Lid Safe 350F Pots and Pans, Cookware Black

This has become one of my favorite pans in the kitchen and I find myself reaching for it more than I expected when I decided to purchase it. The square shape lets this pan shine in the mornings (and early afternoons on the weekends if you're anything like me) as it lends itself to those breakfast and brunch foods. My partner loves French toast on Sundays and the pan has an ideal amount of surface area for four slices of Brioche with room to maneuver a spatula/turner. Eggs and breakfast sandwiches are quick and easy with this pan as it's quite thin and heats quickly. The Nonstick coating has held up well and, depending on what you're planning on making on it, doesn't require too much effort to clean. As I mainly use it for breakfast with a good amount of cooking spray/oil/butter, I'm usually able to get the pan clean with a quick wipe down and maybe a light scrub in the sink. The weight makes it feel premium, but it is not unwieldy by any means, and it's able to be hung by a hook or tucked away in a cabinet easily. Overall, my expectations have been exceeded by this pan and I find myself using much more than I would have guessed before receiving it. If you have the space and find yourself making breakfast/brunch foods often then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pan!

I really like this product. I have a skillet that is the same brand and they both heat evenly and are very easy to clean. I need minimal oil when cooking eggs etc. I bought it used, which was a reasonable price. The product looked brand new!

The skillet has been used daily & is cleaning up well , cooks evenly, non stick and the perfect size for toasted cheese sandwiches!

Got this for my husband since he loved the one our son has. It is great for those items that just don’t fit in a round pan. I would like the sides higher to help eliminate grease splatter on the cooktop when using it to fry foods. I like that the handle is metal so it can go in the oven if required. It has a coated bottom to keep food from sticking. Cleaning was super easy by literally just running it under hot water. Happy with this purchase.

It arrived in a box that appeared to be the manufacturer's. It was well protected with cardboard inserts to prevent it from bouncing around. HOWEVER, I find it odd that there is no labeling, directions for first use or any literature at all included. Just a griddle in a box. It seems sturdy, heavier that the OXO I have used before. The handle design is horrible which cost it a star. The ergonomics of the handle are odd, it being V-shaped handle with the well of the V on top which isn't the most comfortable. Thankfully, it is not a pan you use the handle much for other than washing or it might have cost them 2 stars. Such a high quality griddle doesn't deserve a hand cramping handle. It cooks evenly and without the slightest sticking. I like that it is rated a higher heat than the OXO griddle. I have killed several OXO's by getting distracted while heating and the 500 vs 440 rating of the all-clad is welcome.

This is an amazing no-stick griddle. It holds heat exceptionally well and I don’t have to use oil or butter for pancakes! Highly recommend.

Excellent product, wish I had this 25 years ago. Expensive but very well made, solid, and well worth it. Heats up very evenly and cleans up easily, cannot be happier with it’s performance.

I have other pans from this company and am well pleased with it. Would d purchase again or other pans from this company.

It says that it works with smooth surface induction on the product page but then says the opposite if you scroll down and in to the specific button on whether it works with induction. Obviously I took the main page at face value. Now it arrived and does not work on my induction hob, I went deeper to find the discrepancy here. Will have to return.

Mi esposa y yo hemos comprado varios sartenes el año pasado debido a que se ponía feo el sartén o el mango del sartén, en este caso, ya tenemos como 7 meses con el sartén y parece nuevo todavía. Ha valido 100% la pena y estamos por comprar mas sartenes de esta marca All-Clad.

The pan stays flat, disperses heat properly and is perfect for making pancakes. Just what I needed for a small family.

This pan/griddle is absolutely amazing. I’m wondering why I never had one before. I cooked bacon just recently and it cooked in 5 minutes. Pancakes slice right off. I’m so glad this is not tephlon. Heats evenly. Treat this pan well and it will last forever. Well worth spending the money for an Allclad.

Doesn't warp. Excellent non stick coating. Better than all the rest.
