Pretty good supplements. I believe they work well since my hs-CRP was very low. I take other supplements as well but I am sure this has contributed to the results as well. They are on the expensive side though, I don't think these are worth it without a discount or lower price.

My dream Avmacol product would be a stripped down version, just broccoli extract (glucoraphanin) and mustard seed (or other source of myrosinase), in a coated tablet and/or in a foil blister pack. If an additional ingredient is needed for marketing, throw in some unstandardized broccoli to supports GR conversion in the colon. Let increased stability be the differentiation and not moringa or mushrooms. I’d take higher doses or larger quantity if it were in a coated tab or foil packaging.
