I've Bought This 5 Times Through Three Pregnancies ... No Stretch Marks!
I've had three pregnancies in five years, and my babies were not small. My stomach really ballooned out, and I thought there was no way I was going to avoid stretch marks. I used this cream from the start...and shockingly.. I have no stretch marks. It's impossible to say if it was the cream or not, but I could feel it hydrate my skin and I really think it made a difference. The texture is creamy and almost buttery. My skin felt noticeably softer after I put it on, though I needed to wait a few minutes to let it dry before putting my clothes on over it.It has a relatively mild smell, but it's not non-scented. I was very sensitive to smells my entire pregnancy, and this didn't bother me. It almost smells a little citrusy. It doesn't smell like I'm wearing a strong perfume, which was important to me with my super sensitive stomach. All in all, the fact that I bought this over and over speaks for itself. I highly recommend it. I used it over my entire torso, including my chest, which helped retain elasticity in the skin throughout. For all you pregnant women reading this, sending you all best wishes for a healthy and happy pregnancy!!

35 weeks and counting with my second
Not a single new stretch mark! Directions say to use it twice daily, but I had been using it once every morning, very liberally since around week 15-16. I just purchased my second container about a week ago and I have begun using it twice a day, as I started to notice that my skin is very dry at bedtime. This cream is not super oily or thick, and it absorbs into my skin very easily. Smells nice too and doesn’t bother me like other smells. As someone who was blessed with genetically prone to stretch mark skin, I highly recommend!!

Perfect for my pregnancy routine!
I’m currently in my second trimester and have been trying a few different belly creams and stretch mark products throughout my pregnancy. So far, I’ve really loved this one! The texture is moisturizing without feeling heavy or greasy, and it absorbs super fast, which is a huge plus. I can get dressed right after applying it without feeling sticky.I’ve been using it consistently on my belly and other areas that are stretching, and my skin feels really soft and hydrated. The only thing to keep in mind is that the jar is relatively small. Depending on how generously and how often you apply it, I’d say one jar may last around 6 weeks. Other than that, I’m really enjoying it and would definitely keep using it throughout my pregnancy!

Great product but new formula smells awful!
I want to give 5 stars but the new formula drops it to 4 stars. I've used this product for both pregnancies, in 2020 and again this year currently at six months along. I've LOVED using this product and didn't have any issues until recently. I subscribed to receive two creams every two months. I noticed a change in the formula of my last shipment from February 2024, which I just started using this month. The appearance, color, texture, and especially the SMELL are different. The sweet apricot aroma has been replaced with an attempt at a lavender scent but failed horribly! It smells like nasty plastic or rubber, which is enough to make me consider switching products. I've reached out to Trilastin customer support through their chatbot and email but have not received a response for over a week now. I've BEGGED them to return to the original formula.Aside from the nasty new smell, this product has been generally positive for me. I had no stretch marks during my first pregnancy and none so far in my current one. While I can't say definitively that it's due to the product, I've read that stretch marks can be hereditary. If your mother had them, you're more likely to have them. Unfortunately, my mother passed away when I was young, so I don't know if she had stretch marks and I don't have any sisters to gather additional information. I've recommended the product to two friends who still developed stretch marks during their pregnancies. One friend was pregnant for the first time, and the other was on her second pregnancy. You'll find hundreds of reviews with varied results here. While I can't claim that this cream is THE miracle solution, in my experience, it has effectively prevented stretch marks in my case. With that, I am considering a new cream because I just cant bare the new smell.

Great pregnancy stretch mark cream
This cream has been amazing during my pregnancy. It keeps my skin very hydrated, soft, and smooth. I’ve been using it daily on my belly and hips, and it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. The scent is light and pleasant, and it really helps with itching from stretching skin. Highly recommend for expecting moms

Tried and true
I used this during my last pregnancy and I am happy to use it during this one. I started using it around 3 months pregnant. The smell is wonderful. I haven't developed any new stretch marks. Just as soon as I apply a thin layer, my skin feels quenched. Everytime. It consistently hydrates to keep my skin looking wonderful as it stretches to accommodate baby.I am highly pleased with the moisturizing it delivers every time. The look of the jar has changed since last time. But the ingredients continue to satisfy my skins needs.- a very happy subscriber

Bring back the old scent. NOT THE SAME AS BEFORE 😩
So disappointed! I miss the original scent!I purchased Trilastin about four years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter, and I was OBSESSED. Not only did I love how the cream felt, but the smell was absolutely phenomenal! It had this nostalgic, almost tanning-lotion-like scent that was incredibly fruity and apricot-like. I genuinely looked forward to putting it on every day because it smelled THAT good.During that pregnancy, I didn’t develop any noticeable stretch marks on my stomach. I had maybe a couple of tiny, barely visible white ones near my hips/rear end, but nothing deep or significant. I’m not claiming this cream magically prevented stretch marks, but I loved my experience with it so much that I told myself if I ever got pregnant again, I was absolutely buying it.Fast-forward four years, and here I am, pregnant again! I purchased another jar a couple of months ago, and unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed by the smell. It’s NOTHING like I remember. I initially questioned whether it was just me because pregnancy has definitely affected my sense of smell this time around. Some things I can barely smell, while others smell completely different.Out of curiosity, I started reading recent reviews and noticed quite a few people mentioning that the formula had changed and that the cream now smelled like plastic or just generally unpleasant. I can’t personally confirm a formula change because I no longer have my original container to compare ingredients, but something is definitely different.Even my husband noticed! He remembers how much I raved about the scent during my first pregnancy and how good he thought it smelled, too. When he smelled this new jar, he agreed that it wasn’t remotely the same. Now, I wouldn’t say the current scent is absolutely disgusting or unbearable, but it certainly isn’t pleasant. And considering how amazing it used to smell, it’s a HUGE disappointment. The frustrating part is that I still really like the cream itself! It feels like it works just as well as I remember, and I’m continuing to use it. But I’m honestly hesitant to purchase another jar because of the smell. I don’t need something heavily fragranced, but I would at least like it to smell nice, especially at this price point!I really wish Trilastin would bring back whatever gave this cream its original fruity, apricot-like scent. It was seriously one of my favorite things about using it, and judging by other recent reviews, I’m not the only one who misses it.Great cream, but PLEASE bring back the old scent!

100% WORKS!
100% Works! My wife has been using Ttilastin Stretch mark cream, the oil and the accelerator since about the middle of her first trimester and she is now at week 31 in her third trimester and so far she has gotten ZERO new stretch marks. She uses it twice a day morning and night as directed. She comes from a family of stretch mark prone skin, so she was definitely skeptical but we were willing to try, because it doesn’t hurt to try! It’s a bit pricy BUT way worth it tho right? Getting around permanent damage was worth it for her. Anyway, if you’re wondering if you should try it, or just find out you’re pregnant? Do it! Also it’s WAY cheaper if you sign up for auto ship. :)

Great consistency and results!
I love this cream, it does not pill up on the skin like other stretch mark creams I tried and smells great, very light consistency (not oily). I am 30 weeks pregnant (first pregnancy) and have not gotten any stretch marks so far using it.

Non-greasy + helped prevent stretch marks during pregnancy
This cream was great for me during my pregnancy. I put it on daily, in the morning and evening, and did not get any stretch marks throughout the 39 weeks I was pregnant. It absorbs into the skin quickly and has a light pleasant smell. It didn't leave any residue on my clothing like some of the belly butters do.It would be great if this came in a larger size as the 118ml tub would only last me a month or so and I had to keep purchasing.

Pricing is far too high for comparable products available
Good product but the pricing is too high for the amount you get. I have it a shot but too many cheaper, just as good products out there. A jar lasted me 2 weeks on just my belly, that’s crazy
