I'm a 6 ft 350 pound dude! This chair is very sturdy and comfortable!! Customer service was spectacular! I needed a replacement part and they sent it to me right away. They even suggested they will replace the whole chair with a new one if I can't fix it. That was awesome!

I bought this chair for myself after knee replacement. It makes my life easier as I recover. It is a nice piece of furniture and works wonderfully. I would highly recommend this product. It was easy to put together.

It was a gift and they loved it

My elderly father, 285 lbs, had this chair for less than a week when it collapsed. I had to wire it in place due to breakage of the plastic bearing piece. I see no option available to contact seller. I think the chair would be fine had the manufacturer simply chosen STEEL or at least a strong fiber-reinforced composite material for the weight bearing pivot piece. Powerlife motor still works, but without any fixed pivot bearing piece, it's going to have to be rigged for it's remaining life. See photos for reference regarding the failed component. Green wire is my subsequent rig job so that my elderly father can still use the chair in a limited manner pending repair or part replacement from manufacturer if they ever see this review.
