Original fuel pump in my 2004 Chevy Cavalier went out, after comparing prices at automotive stores compared to Amazon this was the cheapest route to go as part stores wanted $100 on up, was kind of scared that it might be good to be true but after comparing my fuel pump to the one pictured it was the one I needed so with a leap of faith I ordered this and had it within 2 days, 4 months later(ordered in June) my car has been back on the road and running great.. definitely a great product for the price. If I ever need one again I will definitely be coming back here to this seller via Amazon. Thank you so much.

It is inexpensive and the quality of materials reflects that but I knew that before the purchase and it's for a 2003 Cavalier so I'm not expecting the car to last much longer. I would buy water proof butt connectors for the wires you're going to have to crimp because they sit on top of the tank and will corrode. It was a great fit and works well. I used the old rubber gasket because the new one seemed a little too big. Good Luck!

Worked out great for me. Had to use my old seals, the ones they supply you with are too large

Good price, easily DIY (around an hour no experience one video). Seems to have a little bit of a buzz/humming that I don’t remember hearing from my original, but I can already tell it has much better fuel pressure. Wiring had to be snipped on one connector and provided connector had to be installed, simple crimping with any pliers. Design was almost identical to OEM besides, the provided connector that had to be installed. Seems durable quality, felt very comparable if not better.

Fuel Guage doesn’t work all of the time. Seal failed after 3 days of use. Pump technically works I suppose. 2001 Alero 2.4L

Works great and got my '01 Cavalier going again but as the other guy said, this does NOT come with instructions and you HAVE to use the new connector that the pump includes. As said, YOU MUST HOOK THE BLACK WIRE THAT IS NEXT TO THE GREY WIRE ON THE NEW INCLUDED HARNESS TO THE BLACK/WHITE STRIPE WIRE ON THE VEHICLES WIRING. No clue why there isn't instructions with this because if you guess and wire it wrong, you're dumping the fuel tank down again And yes, Cavalier you have to drop the fuel tank to replace the pump. Do the filter at the same time, all in all on a host it took me 3hrs start to finish including 45 minutes of fighting with the old connectors to let go

Fit like a glove in my winter beater. 2000 chevy cavalier sits all summer and when fall came it would not start. Checked fuel pressure and the old pump had failed. (It was time) This pump has the old my old car running like new.
