I top it with some freshly sliced scallions, a few sesame seeds, and a little sesame oil. It makes an absolutely terrific Ramen bowl. A box of these sauces has like 20 in there so it’ll last you a while. But I know as soon as I’m out I’m ordering again. My only word of caution is that it’s very concentrated, one pouch is more like 3-4 servings of just broth—a little goes a long way and it’s definitely salty if not diluted sufficiently.
