Chef'n Halloween 3-in-1 Nesting Pumpkin Tool Set,Orange

I actually don’t carve pumpkins anymore, but I found the scooper part to be extremely useful in cleaning out squash seeds and strings for baking. It takes me less than a tenth the time to clean out a butternut squash than when I was trying to use a spoon. Also, good with Acorn squash. It’s now a part of my everyday kitchen tools.

Used these for a fall party where we had a pumpkin carving competition. Were compact, worked well, and were sturdier than we expected.

Sturdy plastic, a cut above the usual throw away pumpkin carving kit. This one you’re going to want to wash and re-use. Well made handles, much wider than the average kit, this makes it much more comfortable to grip and use for hands of all ages. I especially like the unique blade cover which doubles as a spoon. Nice.

This works great not only for carving pumpkins, but also for preparing squash to cook.

Metal scoop is sharp enough to thin out the pumpkin walls easily and also the handle is short enough to fit inside a Med-Lrg pumpkin. The knife is awesome - very easy cuts. It is larger, so not great for detail work, but that is not it's job anyway. I didn't even really use the plastic scoop - just scrap it all with the metal one and then dump out. Done. Made cleaning 6 pumpkins very easy!

I'd bought a pumpkin saw at the store, it was cheap and bent easily. The strength and quality of this product has impressed me and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Not the best for detailed work.If you want to do simple large designs, this set is good.Very sturdy too.
