Only used this one night so far. I started out with just one capsule and also drank a cup of sleepy time extra tea. Took my usual melatonin 5mg, which actually never work for me. I think I fell asleep around eleven last night and I didn’t wake up until nine this morning. Holy cow. Didn’t have any side effects.I’ll update if things change.I hope this is the start of getting a handle on my recent insomnia.The second night was not as good but got about five hours of sleep.The third night I took two capsules along with the other stuff I mentioned. Fell asleep almost as soon as I hit the pillow and slept soundly eleven hours.Obviously I can’t continue sleeping for this many hours every night but I feel like I’ve finally caught up. I’ll start setting my alarm again now. Btw, I’m retired so it’s not like I have to be anywhere in the morning.I feel refreshed when I do wake up so it’s a big change from a week ago.I drink the tea and take the capsules about an hour before bedtime.

Love this brand. The quality is great you will feel ar easy in the first intake. I took 1 capsule and it relaxed me a lot. Then ar night I tried 2 and it made me sleepy. I recomend to take chamomile for bad breath also. Did not have any side effects or upset stomaches (I have gastro issues) I am very happy with this product! It on my list for a next purchase !

I've taken this for about a week now when I take it I noticed that I calm down like my nerves but I don't really notice that I get tired I do take it in the afternoon but it really helps with my anxiety and I really appreciate that.

I’ve had poor sleep for quite some time but have taken two tablets every evening, a couple of hours before lights out, for a few months (for reference, I’m a 140 lb woman in my late 60s). I can honestly say that I have not felt this good in years. The product has a gentle yet profound effect. I tried this particular one bc the label states that it’s organically sourced, and lab-tested (hopefully for purity?}. I tried chamomile tea first which gave a similar sleep but too many nature calls overnight. But if you wanted to check chamomile on the cheap first, get some Sleepytime tea. Best luck!

Peri Menopause--I'm here to say that this helps me sleep. After so many nights of fragmented sleep, this helps me, and no grogginess in the morning

I have been taking the chamomile flower extract for several years now to help me sleep. Because I take several other herbs as well at night, I don't know to what extent the chamomile flower extract is helping me to get to sleep and stay asleep. Nevertheless, I have not had any problems with this product until my last delivery. The jar was not wrapped with the secure wrapping. The inner seal looked intact; however, it would be possible to remove it and replace it without looking suspicious. For security reasons, I will not order this product again.

If you need to relax before bed time, but don’t want to drinking it in tea form so you don’t have to keep and go to the restroom several times in the night, this capsule for is even more potent and just as soluble as tea, maybe even more potent for a longer relaxing sleep with no after effects in the morning.
