Found these while planning the installation of an internal light in my van. Needed to be able to disconnect them and these proved the ideal thing. Did find inserting the cables into the push locks slightly fiddly, ended up using thin nose pliers to push cables in. A screw fastening would be better.

I bought a pack of 5 of these wire connectors as a straightforward way to extend the DC output cable on a printer power supply (9V, 4A). I was able to complete the task satisfactorily, but noted the following:1. I was using stranded cable, and found that when inserting the stripped wire end into the connector it was difficult to prevent one or two loose strands bending back and protruding outside the connector casing - took several attempts to get it right. Given these are supposed to be rated for 240v use, care is needed. Maybe better when using solid wire.2. These connectors are claimed to be waterproof - I don't see how that can be true - the wire entry points aren't sealed in any way; they're also claimed to be dust-proof. Nowhere in the product information is there any reference to recognised industry standards relating to resistance to water or dust ingression.3. The connectors are also claimed to be fire and heat resistant, made from fire-retardant nylon, but again no recognised industry standards are referenced.Wouldn't buy them again.

Es una buena opción para no usar las fichas de empalme tradicionales, pero por mi inexperiencia me resulta difícil de introducir los hilos, creo que son muy pequeños los orificios, para medidas menor a lo que necesitaba. Aun así es un buen producto

Kabel nicht leicht zu befestigen Entkoblungsclip für Dauergebrauch wenig vertrauenerweckend. Grundidee nicht schlecht.
