This is a "universal" colorant, meaning that it can be used to add to paints made from different bases. The quality of the paint, and the amount of colorant that is already present will determine how much in total you can add. If too much is added, you will decrease the quality of the paint. If you have no experience working with colorants, (not many do) you might do best by using a sample of the material you want to color, and keeping track of the quantity used to come up close to the color you are seeking. Let the result dry on a surface, the wet and dry color will be slightly different, give the dry sample a slight wash to see if it can be washed off, which will indicate whether you have destroyed the quality. Keep track of how much colorant you add to the sample by counting drops, teaspoons, or tablespoons and apply that formula to the total you need for your project. You may want to sneak up on the color because once added, it cannot be removed. Good Luck!
