My wife has always loved the hot towels and hot blankets that she was given in the hospital. This device does it all! She warms her PJs, bath towels and a blanket when she lies down. She says she just melts when the heat is applied. The self timer and on/off controls are easy to use and get the items to just the right temperature. Love the device. Well, it was almost a year of constant use. This device was used 2-3 times daily, even in the summer. On Sunday, the device failed to heat, the light came on but did not warm. I contacted Customer Support on Monday and on Tuesday (after providing requested proof of ownership), the company has indicated they will replace the device and will be sending it out shortly!!! My wife loves the device so, that I had already ordered another. Well, two are always better then one! I cannot overstate how good this company is and their support for their product. GREAT SERVICE (which you don't always see these days)

Best personal luxury item. I love having my towels hot after the shower and warming my jammies up in the evening. Size is great for bath sheet and hair towel together. Auto shut off is great.

Product was working nicely and then died. Emailed the seller and they responded right away. After some troubleshooting, they decided to ship me (FedEx) a new unit. Arrived in two-three days. We love the cedar block for putting essential oil on for lavender smelling warm towels! Replacement died just short of one year after receiving it.

This is a must. Heat your towel while you take a bath!!! Get out and wrap a warm towel around you . Heats in short amount of time! This is a must have!

Looks nice in the bathroom and does a nice job of evenly heating the towel while showering.

Unit no longer warming and is within 1 yr limited warranty. Initial email to Zadro support, response was they would reply. Additional two emails, three (3) emails total to Zardo support and no response. Support is lacking. Product is no longer warming. Do not recommend.

Rather unassuming, while unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised at how luxurious this product is. It was so wonderful to get out of the shower and wrap myself in a warm towel. This product delivers.

Stopped working after 2 seasons! I used it for fall and winter and then the on button wouldn’t turn red to show it was heating. Stayed blue and cold. I loved then worked though! Not worth the cost in the end.

It is extremely easy to use and warms up the towels in no time.
