Super easy to assemble. Fixed vertical positions make it very sturdy, no worrying about it gradually sliding down the rails or anything. Sooo easy to rotate and swivel. I frequently read PDFs/eTextbooks for grad school so it's nice to quickly rotate 90° to portrait orientation for reading and easier viewing.The rubbery feet stickers keep the monitor very stable. You could probably swap out for felt feet stickers if you want the capability of easily sliding your monitor around on your desk to reposition. It is heavy (and sturdy) so if I want to reposition on my tempered glass monitor riser, I have to pick up the whole monitor+stand to reposition. It takes several tries to get positioned right, so it means lifting the heavy thing over and over, might be annoying for some people or those with limited physical abilities. Does not rotate more than 90° easily for a 24" monitor. Large monitors will require higher position in order to rotate (without unscrewing) because corners of the monitor will hit the base of the stand. The cables in the back can get tangled or pulled taut while rotating if you don't provide enough slack. (See video) Not recommended for people that need to adjust height frequently because you have to unscrew the back to reposition. Also because of fixed monitor stand height positions at 11.6", 13.1", 14.6", 16" from base, not recommended for those that have very specific vertical setting needs (unless they can combine with books/objects/adjustable monitor riser to get exact height position).Other than that, highly recommend this affordable, sturdy stand. Swivels, tilts and rotation (limited for large monitors).

This is a study and good quality stand. Easy to put together. Doesn’t shake. I wish it could go slightly higher.

the stand itself is a 10/10.But compatibility wise it does not come with every screw to match with your monitor. so do double check before buying it. or else it wont fit.
