The box depicted in the listing is for one of the 20 packs from a 120 case. These cases are frequently broken up and sold individually. As a bonus to non-professional end-users, it is substantially more burdensome to fake a 3M box that contains 20 individually wrapped masks than it is to fake one mask in cello.
