These are the worst! Stiff, scratchy fabric that does not stretch an inch. The waist band will stretch about an inch and a half! So unless you have NO butt, getting into them is a joke. Don't know about the absorbancy since they are going back! Cant imagine this fabric would absorb much.

I did find the lace insert to be itchy on my skin. I am more sensitive than the average person I guess. I really wish the allover product had more of a stretch to it. Why can't anyone make these "leak protection undies" with more than 5% elastic in the body. I personally am more comfortable with a tighter fit that doesn't stretch out and then hangs there. I like the snugness of moderate shape wear and miss it when I use what's on the market in this arena.

I dislike wearing adult underwear with the bulk and uncomfortable fits. This underwear washes well, fits like regular cotton underwear, absorbs odors, fits more stream like to body. I have been purchasing them regularly. I usually take a large in underwear. I order an X large in these pants for a comfortable snug and flexible fit.

Love the fit, love the fabric, they make handling the problem soooo much easier. The fit is everything, and the stretchy fabric certainly helps. The right fit lets me feel totally put together with everything nice and tight and in its place. I wear lots of black, so it was wonderful to find such a fine product in black.
