Definitely notice the different engagement in forearms and bicep. Makes lighter weight more difficult. Happy customer

Truth is, they are worth the money.
they do require a wide grip, so if you have small hands, you might not be able to use them even in the narrow side. But they will last a life time, and they close up around ropes and bars very well. This is a great product.

Not as comfortable as I’d expected
I’ve started to use them on pull down rope and not too bad, but will take some getting used to. Ok on standard bicep curl but not on the Olympic bar. All in all not that comfortable to use, so I think I’ll order a different type. So basically not condemning them but not for me.
