It's little thicker material and is less stretchy than the jersey wraps. The jersey material wraps (also available on Amazon) are less expensive and are bit more versatile, but they're also more casual. Jersey wraps are soft and flexible and work great for day or night. In contrast, this wrap is a thicker cotton material. It's sturdier and gives it a more formal look and the material pleats and holds really nicely. The thickness of the material makes it tricky to tie, and it's just slightly short for someone with long hair, but it's workable, and once you arrange it, it holds its shape beautifully.
