Works well but I structuons are sparse
Was a bit tricky to set up with no instructions in the box and just a QR code to download a hefty PDF manual. Luckily it's a simple device so once it's plugged in you can muddle through the rest of the setup. The web interface isn't the most logically laid out and isn't as detailed as their nebula cloud app claims to be (I refused to try it but having googled why WiFi device names weren't shown I found they were only available in the nebula app and not the built in interface) All that aside, you can ignore the unnecessary nebula registration if you are only tunning one or two of these and it will happily pump strong WiFi signals around your home or office. Mine totally replaces the WiFi function of my Netgear router and has been running without a hiccup for days. Excellent buy for the price.

Perfect
I bought this to replace a Ubiquiti AP lite that had stopped working within six months of purchase. Unboxed, plugged in and set up in under 10 minutes and I’m no tech genius. Works perfectly, far better than the Ubiquiti ever did and half the price too. I use it in my garden office and it’s hard wired back to my home router. Brilliant bit of kit

Great Access point
Ran a cat 7 from my BT router at the front on the house to my garden office building and plugged in the access point. Full speed broadband no access issue love the fact i can setup multiple networks as well as mirror the house network. One to watch might be router specific if i have a power outage i need to turn off the access point until the BT router is back up and running or i get connection issues. If you are looking to improve wifi in an area and can run a network cable i recommend this, small note i tried wifi extenders and they worked but were slow and usually a bit of a faff, this works flawlessly

Works fine
Seems to work fine I have it running as stand alone maybe a bit tricky for some to setup in stand alone mode, for the pice its cheap.

Unreliable and unstable garbage
Don’t bother buying this. It might be cheap, but it’s not worth the time and effort you’re going to have to put into troubleshooting it. Over the last few weeks of using it I had constant issues. Sometimes it just restarts on its own and takes 10 minutes to boot up. Sometimes it just stops broadcasting WiFi entirely until rebooted. I already updated to the latest firmware as of time of writing this. I’m also not powering it via PoE (I’m using provided power source instead), so that’s not what’s causing the problem either. During all those issues the device also stopped exposing its management interface, so I had no chance even to see specifically what was the issue. I’ve noticed that the management interface does not even come online, unless the device is fully working and the configuration is valid. Try changing VLANs on this thing, is so much fun. You HAVE TO configure the trunk first to carry all the VLANs, prior to configuring them in the management interface of this AP. If you mess it up, game over, management interface won’t come back online. Good luck fixing it. I work in IT. This is one of the most infuriating devices I had to configure, and I bought it for home use. I regret doing this to myself.

A reliable, easy to set up wireless access point
This is as easy to set up as the video shows. I have been running one for six months and it has been entirely reliable, and as speedy as my rural broadband will allow which is why I have just bought a second. The coverage distance is not quite as far within the house as I had hoped - but that's largely due to a very large chimney breast that blocks the signal.

70 pounds for a WiFi 6 AP - cant go wrong
I have been implementing wifi infrastructure with Meraki AP's and like the cloud based management. This is perfect in that sense, its can be managed via cloud (Nebula), is 802.11AX (wifi 6) and well priced. You laptop, phone etc needs to WiFi 6 to support the WiFi 6 features of the AP The unit is nice and compact and comes with mounting plates Couple of points to be aware of - although it comes with the power adapter, if you want to go down the route of POE then you will either need a POE switch or a POE injector - does not support guest wifi on this model

Not good enough! This is a mess!
Recently I bought a Zyxel 24 port switch. When I booted it up I was very disappointed with the ancient looking web gui, but I went through the motions and upgraded the firmware and was then very pleased that they'd completely updated the webgui, added a lot of missing features and generally done the right thing by their customers. This Zyxel access point by contrast is a mess - the same ancient looking GUI but no GUI update even with their most recent firmware. Change a simple setting and the thing bogs down with spinning 'refreshing' icons for an absurdly long time - which you have to multiply by however many changes you need to make. My guess is that Zyxel want everyone to use their Nebula cloud management and have stopped development on standalone access - next they'll want us to pay a subscription to manage an AP in our own homes! I sent my back after wrestling with it for a couple of weeks. It works, but that's about as positive as I can be about it. I returned it because I have zero confidence it will continue to work for its lifetime or much beyond it's return date for that matter.

Biggest piece of crap ever
Never buy this, the wifi speeds are slow. there a no advanced options at all. the cloud and website management is the bigges piece of crap ever. the local standalone settings are non existent you can't set up anything like per ssid band's ect. And the device makes a buzzing noise even when doing nothing. and under load it squeels like a pig. And after all the setting up the wifi speed is even slower than before configuring it. first i got like 500 mbit now i can't even reach 200mbit while sitting next to it having it mounted on the ceiling. this is really a buggy product. ( all done with latest firmware ) my old uap ac lr does 550 mbit on wifi5..... this should have reached 800 sitting next too it.
