Recommended. I just had an issue right after installing them, contacted customer service and they resolved it right away.

Installed on my dual sport, super bright for wisconsin backroads, wide beam, but they don't have much throw so they're ideal in combination with my stock headlight not as a replacement for it, cheap enough that when I inevitably break it I will not feel bad or guilty, yes it's a cheap plastic construction but it's help up so far

Switch itself has black wire with white strip and solid green, light has solid red and solid black would have been nice to have instructions or both pieces have the same color wires… I’m run this off a mini 12 volt battery. Any help appreciated thanks.

No instructions and no mounting hardware. Both wires are black.

Pros: simple enough to to install. Good price and seem to be sturdy, time will tell.Cons: included switch is not sealed and you can see the open contacts from the back. Wires are not labeled and too short.Personal considerations: I didn’t realize it is only one light with a double head. Thought it was 2 separate lights. (My oversight) It is advertised as a spot light and it is. Even with a dual head the spot beam is way too focused in one spot. Was hoping for just a bit more spread like a headlight. I am ordering another so I have a pair and they will be on my motorcycle for “deer lights” when night driving.

I have not mounted this light on anything yet, so I can’t really say how waterproof it is. I was surprised by how bright this light was though. This is definitely a good light for putting on a four wheeler, dirt bike, or even a MiniBike.
