Must have!
Did this with my 4 year old nephew. He LOVES it. He had such a blast hitting the nails in and seeing the fruits of his labor. We got gumballs from Cracker Barrel. M&Ms or Skittles would work great too. He actually wants to do another one for Skittles. I highly recommend.

Fun and Functional!
I bought this candy dispenser for my 6-year-old nephew, and according to my sister-in-law, he “had so much fun” putting it together. I didn’t use gumballs—just small candies—and she said it “even gives out the perfect amount of candy.” Giving it 5 stars for the fact that it works and for the happiness factor! 🍬😄

Cheap Wood and Nails - Be Careful
UPDATE - After posting this review, the company reached out to us. They apologized for the issues we had and sent a new one as well as refunding our money fully. They also sent a nice little gift for my son. They take pride in the company and products and wanted to make it right. For that alone, I have adjusted the review. The new item they sent was better quality and they made improvements. They are continuously reviewing their product to improve. I would rate this more for a 10+ age range. The wood and nails are very cheap. We had one piece of wood split. Almost all the nails bent. Adult supervision required. Be careful with the pieces, they will split and the nails will bend. Fortunately, they give you 40 nails. We ended up gluing some of the pieces down since they split. Too difficult for my 8 year old. If he were to hammer, it would have split the wood. I'd recommend 10 or older for more precision nailing. The candy, of course, comes out when you get it together. Be sure to sand the rail a lot for smooth gliding. Took about 30 minutes with sanding, gluing split wood back together and such. Not worth the $36 we paid. Could have went and bought higher quality wood and nails ourselves cheaper.

Great customer service!! Fun, but not complete
Update-SparkJump was prompt and concerned about the missing piece and offered to provide a replacement. This earns 5 stars!! Original post - I bought it for my grandkids. We enjoyed painting and putting it together. Problem was one piece was missing. My husband had to make the missing piece so that we could finish putting it together.

Good into to woodworking
I gave it to my grandson and my daughter-in-law sent me a picture of him busily working on it. I also gave him a hammer to go with it.
