Serves the purpose. I actually use this to clip at various spots on the parked car cover. This is to prevent being blown by gush of wind. It holds the cover strongly thus solving the problem 🙂Certainly holds paper also tightly.

It's very well built and clamping power is sufficient the are tiny I was surprised as I didn't check the size but overall a good product I got my work done with it it can bind 19 pages easily
