LOVE this broth!
I really love everything about this broth!I made the decision to try this broth because:1. it is vegan2. it contains no ingredients that are not whole food. (Ever look for veggie broth without oils, sugar, etc added?)3. I got to try all 3 flavors...I got one packet of each of the 3 flavors free (for paying for shipping)This is my personal favorite but I did enjoy them all. I love to drink this broth as a mid afternoon snack, and especially during this time I so appreciate the immunity boost.I have also used to help flavor veggie soup, stir fry, etc I did see that people had commented that the broth was "gritty" but the fact it was made of real food helped me get past that. Just stirred it a time or two while enjoying it, you know? I mean... ever used those hot cocoa packets and not had sediment at the bottom of your cup ??Thanks you to Beyond Broth for this VERY tasty, HEALTHY option! No more bouillon cubes or the like for this girl! Once you have had the best you can't go back! Do yourself a favor and try it.

Delicious and flavorful
I absolutely love this broth. The flavor is not what I expected, since it was advertised as ginger and basil (it doesn’t really taste like either), but I think it ended up being a very pleasant surprise. It’s very peppery, and can be used either on its own, or as a base for soup. It dissolves quickly in 12 ounces of hot water. My stomach has been bothering me, and I find that it’s easy on my stomach.

Good but don't shop when your hungry
I was starving when I purchased this. I bought it because I'm on a juice fast and needed something more to sustain me.The flavor is good, the product is clean (no xtra junk, sugar, salt, oil,etc ), and easy to carry around. My only complaint is its way over priced ($21.50). Wish it was cheaper.Numi used to carry something similar in a tea bag for a reasonable price but not any longer.

Expensive and tastes like the smell of fresh dirty mushrooms
First, I'm not vegan. I like to drink broth in the Winter and I've been looking for a healthier, low sodium broth, that at least tastes "ok". This isn't it! All three flavors taste like dirt (or I should say: the way dirt smells because I don't eat dirt although it might taste better). I gave all 3 flavors a chance, and for me, they all fail. The better part of me wants to describe it as "extremely Earthy", but lets call a spade a spade. It tastes like fresh picked, soily, unwashed vegetables with a bunch of spices added to hide its wretchedness .It's expensive for what it is, and for what it's worth, after forcing myself to give it a chance, and not waste $8.00... it makes me feel like a child that doesn't want to take that bad tasting medicine even though I know it's good for me.

Very Earthy, Beet-Like Flavor Wasn’t Expected
I was so hopeful I would enjoy this broth and its flavor, but such was not entirely the case. I purchased Beyond Broth’s Rosemary-Thyme instant soup, but I felt that the dominant flavor came from beets (and the color of the broth was beet-red in color), with just a hint of rosemary. This broth (let’s call it what it is : instant soup) had a very earthy flavor, and for my palate it was not altogether agreeable. There was a bit of heat, I suppose from the cayenne (the last ingredient indicated on the packet label), but this was not intense. Looking again at the ingredients on the back of the packet, of the 14 ingredients listed, rosemary is the 11th ingredient indicated, and thyme is the 12th. I perceived no thyme flavor at all. Likewise, I could detect none of the following flavors used to make this instant soup: sweet potato (the first ingredient listed, also: carrot, broccoli, garlic, spinach, lemon, parsley, and celery seed + sea salt and black pepper. I tasted only beets with a hint of rosemary. The consistency was quite thin, and as indicated on an included “how to prepare” card, yes, it was necessary to (continuously) stir the liquid, as the bits and pieces of the mix quickly sink to the bottom of the 12-ounce mug. So, there you have it. The description sounded delicious, but I was not very impressed with the flavor. Others of you reading this may enjoy it.

Organic, nutritious and convenient broth...LOVE IT!
I got a sample of this broth at a local health food store and fell in love with it. This is a high quality, organic product that is healthy and feels filling when I drink it. I love how it tastes and how easy it is to have a cup (I often drink one as a meal.) while traveling or on the go. My husband and I just took some packets with us on a camping/hiking trip. When I’m at home it’s easy to add some veggies or other spices and protein to make an even heartier meal. This product is convenient, nutritious and energizing...worth every penny.

For the cost, not a good purchase
I rarely post because I'm usually satisfied with my purchase. This product did not taste very good to me. Not only was there a lack of flavor but I always had to keep stirring the soup. Everything settles to the bottom between sips. When you finally get to the end there's a very unpleasant grittiness left in the back of your throat. I had to chase this soup down with a big glass of water. After this purchase I discovered Swanson makes a very pleasant bone broth that has excellent flavor. Pop one in the microwave and sip right from the container very satisfying.

High Quality, Tasty Broth - GF, Organic and Lectin Free
Beyond Broth is a fantastic product. If there's anything that bugs the heck out of me, it's a really healthy food product that tastes terrible or doesn't live up to a good sounding name. All three of these blends are slightly different but equally tasty.I can't imagine hitting more categories than Gluten Free, Soy Free, Organic, No Sugar Added, Vegan and Kosher. But actually, if you're on Dr. Steven Gundry's Plant Paradox Diet, these blends are also lectin-free. (The Vitality blend has cayenne as the last ingredient so it's not 100% lectin free, but close.)A lectin-free diet is a very difficult diet and it's exceptionally hard to go out to eat or travel. These broths are perfect for trips. They're also delicious used as a vegetable dip or blended into shirataki noodles with olive oil.Highly recommended! I always keep a bunch on hand in my cupboard and keep one in my purse in case I'm out an about and hungry. It's always easy to get a cup of hot water somewhere.
