This shirt is nice and thick but not at all stiff or bulky. The inner side of this fabric is not fuzzy and soft like the outer part. It feels like woven tight cotton cloth. Not uncomfortable at all though. Pay attention to the length and bottom cut of this shirt. I like it but you may need it cropped or straight cut. I ordered the gray color and like it very much. I wore this to a garden tour the other day- it was about 65 degrees and it was perfect. It tied easily around my waist when needed. I ordered a large and it was perfect. I am 5’ 5 & 1/2” and 170 pounds. I hope the pocket flaps or collar points don’t curl after washing as I hate ironing anything.

I loooove oversized things, so deciding to order a size up after reading reviews was hard. On one hand, many people were saying to just size up in general, on the other, some were saying that the fit was perfect and what they wanted exactly, so I was confused! I ordered a size up (large, I'm usually a medium 6-8) and that was a good choice! It's long and has a good weight that is heavier than a normal flannel, which is what I wanted. If I wanted a normal flannel, I'd go to Goodwill. But the sleeves are big so I can layer underneath and it's long enough that I feel confident wearing leggings underneath and feeling more put together (sometimes you have those days where you don't want your derriere out to the world). Yes, because it is oversized, you will look boxy if you size up. But that's something I don't mind with the right outfit. The pattern is super cute (more gray that I remember the picture showing, but still super cute!) and it can go with many colors/patterns. It holds up SUPER well too! I wore it for a week straight when I first got it, without washing it (ew, I know) because I didn't want to let it go. Nothing pulled, pilled, or got picked off. I washed it and it came out looking the exact same. I'm not expecting it to remain that way forever, but this is much better quality for the price than I was expecting. Some people say the inside was itchy, but I found that while it wasn't as soft as the outside, it still wasn't scratchy. It feels kind of like a canvas material, but definitely not as harsh as that. I'm fine wearing a t-shirt underneath. Also, it doesn't have hand pockets, but honestly, it's okay! The rest of the shacket is decent enough for me. The chest pockets are actually quite big and functional and I often use those for small things like chapstick, random cards, scrunchies, or whatever I could need that I don't want to carry. If you were looking for that perfect, basic autumn girl look, this is the shacket for you!

Although the purple is not as vibrant as depicted I still like it. I'm 5'6", wt. 150lbs and ordered a Large. It's a little bit big on me but I like that for layering. The sleeve length is appropriate. I can wear it buttoned or open. It's not scratchy but it's not soft either. Roomy top pockets, the hand pockets could stand to be deeper (I wouldn't put my phone in them). Washed on gentle and warm and layed flat to dry, came out perfect. Also, covers my rear which I like too.

I am a true size 2X and it fits me great! The arms could be just another inch or two longer, but I always keep them rolled up anyways - I like the 3/4 sleeve. If you want a baggier look or more room for wearing heavier tops underneath, then you may want to size up. It is so soft and warm, I'll wear it outside on chilly days and inside at the office, and you'll see me in it all weekend. (I need to buy more!!) The inside is NOT scratchy, but is a different feel. After a few wears, it goes away and you won't have an issue with it. I don't notice anything when I put it on. The quality is fantastic - no frays and the pattern lines up!! AHH-MAZING!!! The only problem you'll have is that you'll wish you bought more! (I have 4 more in my cart!)
