I thought I'd wait a few months before writing a review as this is a different way of cooking stuff and it takes a while to integrate into your life. Its very easy to use and the controls are intuitive and sensible making it very quick to get going. Downsides: The fan is noisy though and its almost a relief when the cooking time is over and it loudly calls time. Also its not that easy to clean out the basket or the grids as the slots catch whatever cloth or brush you use and the black colour makes it difficult to see the baked on food debris. Positives: Its fast, cheese on toasted roll in five minutes, warmed up pies, perfect baked potatoes (after a microwave blast), spring rolls, fish fingers, re-heated freezer portions....the list is endless. Almost any dish that you have to wait ten minutes for a conventional fan oven to warm up for before starting can be cooked and on the table in the same time using the air fryer. Its not that good for steaks but Lamb chops, burgers and sausages did very well. Any meat that requires slow cooking to tenderise comes out better via a slow cooker or an oven casserole. I've not tried making low fat potato chips and similar so can't comment on those. Its definitely earned its place in our kitchen as an additional appliance, capable of doing some things better and more quickly than the established appliances. Also, in these days of rising energy prices, it is a way of keeping costs under control.

Very good air fryer would recommend to others

We bought this a week ago and have used it every night. We have made some mistakes but it does the job very well. We like the shelves which can be used as well as the basket. We haven't used our electric oven since we bought it. The only problem is that it continues to smell when switched on. It is probably because it is new but it is slow in disappearing. Definitely recommend this, primarily because of the shelves.

Bought this to use in our caravan.. wanted a compact air fryer and although it is a bit heavy to get out of the cupboard we love it. Very keen and quicker than my AF at home. The many layers allow us to cook everything we need for a couple and it cleans up lovely.

Bought it so I wouldn't have to heat up my big oven for a small portion of chips. And it is perfect. It takes only half the time and the chips are nice and crisp. Easy to use with icons for different food types and temperature and cooking time can be adjusted easily too. So far have used it for chips, fried chicken and fish and even to warm and crisp up yesterday's limp sandwich baguette - works perfectly every time.

Wanted to jump on the air fryer band wagon but couldn’t afford the other branded ones if I didn’t like. I have used this for everything I can. Having the shelves mean if I’m eating alone I can cook whole dinners in it. It’s very easy to clean and very simple and safe to use ( I’m happy for my teenage son to use it). My only dislike would be the handle to the basket can be fiddly but isn’t a big inconvenience and I’m yet to work out how the door comes off but it cleans up that well I don’t think I need to know.

I like there's a grill tray to collect fat. I like that it's like a mini oven rather than has drawers like a lot of airfryers. I like that my 12 yr old can safely learn to use it too as it's that simple to operate. Actually I'm jumping back on after approximately 6 weeks to upgrade this to 5 stars..my youngest son loves calling it 'the newest member of the family' as we all give it a big thumbs up. No more burnt bacon for us 😂 genuine review and no I've not been paid to say this and I bought it!!

Sits conveniently in a worktop corner. Can't believe how quickly it cooks, with minimal warm up. It's not huge, so don't think it's as big as a conventional oven, but for two people it's very handy. Does chips nicely in the basket. If you want stuff crispy, use the top shelf of the three. Perfect for pizza. If it's a big one, just cut in two, one half on the top shelf, the other below it. Give it @3.5mins, swap the round for a minute and there you are. Instructions are a guide only-doesn't take long to use your own judgement. We are very pleased with it. John and Janice.

The noise when it finishes is extremely loud, and it almost caught fire after a month of use, and I don’t use it a lot, The digital panel stopped working sometimes and I had to unplug it to get it to work again.
