This brand of Dandelion Root is Organic and only contains the herb itself. It does not have gelatin or any other fillers. Its completely Gluten free. Most of Alvita products are pure. Unless stated on the packaging.

I drink this particular Alvita Tea (Nettle Leaf Tea Bag) to help improve my red blood cells. My doctor was concerned about my slight anemia although I thought I was eating right. I did not want to take iron pills as it makes the blood thick and could cause stroke. My anemia improved when I went back for blood work 4 months later.
