Quick Strategy Fun for Kids and Adults (Ages 8+)

I'm not sure why there are a few reviews saying it's hard to learn, even my 8 year old nephew picked it up from going through instructions once. It's really very easy.I have played it twice now; the first time 2 players the second time 5 players. Both times were fun. The reality of the game is you have to have some strategy otherwise it's just taking turns back and forth. If you want a back and forth game with zero strategy play Uno instead.The ONLY downside was it actually takes a super long time to play. The instructions say play until someone hits 300 points. Unless one person keeps losing over and over with a lot of high cards left in their hands it takes literal hours for someone to reach 300. So long in fact that I made a note on the booklet to only play to 150 next time. 🤣This will definitely be a go to game for us for family game night.

We bought this game after a friend recommended it to us and I am so happy we did! First off, the quality is fantastic - the colors are vibrant and the cards are durable(they withstand my kids being aggressive with them) Secondly, My kids and I love playing a quick game before bed - it's always been Uno, or regular Cards so I am so happy to add this to the list. It doesn't take time to set up or put away and we can do as many rounds as we want. It's perfect for my sleepy brain and the 20 min we have together.The game was a bit complicated to understand at first, we felt that the instructions were a little messy and in the wrong order of things for the game to be clear, but once we figured it out it was easy to play. I didn't include that in my ratings because trying to understand this game was totally worth it!

This is a great new twist on some classic cards games mixed together. Love the video tutorial on the instructions to game play. Best to add that in the product description and not just the Q&A area.Have fun and enjoy!

I tried it on a games night and also on a branch with nephews and kidsIt wasn't a quick thing to learn and the video might look nice but not easy to learn from them as well. Once you get it its fun to play but the time to learn and set up can be improved

We purchased this game because our friends got one and invited us to a card party. It is more fun than any we have played. It is easy to learn and the video explains everything with the written instructions we have played this game with our grandchildren, children and friends they all love it. Finding out who has the power is so much fun. Looking forward to playing with all our friends. Two people can play this game. Power Switch provides a lot of inexpensive fun and entertainment. We highly recommend this card game.

The game is good but the quality of the components are not great. The images will wear off of the dice and the cards are not coated in any way.

Picked up two sets of the Power Switch Card Game from Amazon. Good price, good quality and the size makes it perfect to travel. We found that the instructions were easy to follow and the game was not hard to learn. We have already played it with my wife's 75 year old parents and they had no problem picking it up. It's about time that somebody came up with a completely different concept for game night. I have decided to give the second set as a door prize at my next Corvette Club meeting, so we can share this exciting find with others. Power Switch would also make a very nice gift for the name you drew for your office Christmas party!
