It's ok, helps, takes about a couple of hours to freeze. It's got a soft cover that stays on. I think it's worth the money. It hasn't leaked up to now!

Fantastic! I bought 2. I bought them for toothache, popped in freezer for 30 minutes and stays cold for hours. Also used for period pains, popped in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute and it helped. Comes with velcro straps so can be used on arms and legs. Also comes in a pouch to protect body from the cold or heat. Definitely recommend 👌

Well made, the sleeve is an added bonus helping keep the pack clean. Sleeve is also easy to clean.

We have bought two of theses & both had been good at the beginning ,after about a month both have split open & the liquid is pouring out .

I am surprised and extremelly satisfied. I bought this one because it was the cheapest one i found but it is the best reusable ice pack i've ever had. The only thing is that the velcro strap could be a little bigger, but it is still a very good item nonetheless. Very easy to use as it can be put on the microwave and holds the temperature well. Helped me a lot with back pain that i have from working on the computer.

È già la seconda volta che acquisto questo gel riutilizzabile e confermo che è davvero un ottimo prodotto. Può essere usato sia caldo che freddo ed è molto efficace per dolori muscolari, contusioni o emicranie. La custodia protettiva è comoda e permette di applicarlo senza fastidio diretto sulla pelle. Si scalda e si raffredda velocemente, resta alla giusta temperatura per un buon tempo ed è resistente anche dopo tanti utilizzi. Un rimedio pratico, economico e indispensabile da avere sempre in casa!

Al tratarse de gel se dapta mejor a la zona de aplicación y aguanta mucho con el calor, lo único que las medidas de tiempo para calentar en microondas no parecen estar bien, ya que con ese tiempo a penas se calienta.

Great product and good quality

I wanted to wear this while working but the included waist band is ridiculously short and would only fit the skinniest person. Not useful for me at all and as I have opened it, I am unable to return. If your waist is more than about 30" stay away.
