I bought the twin mattress and it fit perfectly on the twin frame I already have. **Q: What’s the difference this and the regular purple mattress?** A: The regular mattress is 9" thick while the plus mattress is 11" thick. The plus has an additional 2" layer of premium comfort foam **Q: Is this mattress compatible with an adjustable base?** A: The answer for this question is yes. I am using Queen-King platform base purchased from Wal-Mart and it works just fine. The only issue is the base is a little over sized in the length. **Q: What are the shipping dimensions of the mattress?** A: I don’t know the exact dimensions but it came in a round bag that was vacuum sealed. Just over 6’ tall and very heavy. Soft, that it molds to your body but not soft like you just sunk into a black hole never to be seen again. Supports where it should, like rubbery butter. I have become a PURPLE addict. I also have 3 Purple Harmony pillows and a Purple Double Seat Cushion. Next will be the Cal King Purple Plus mattress, but will wait for a really good sale. The only downside is the price as they are quite expensive compared to most others in this class. But I highly recommend it and it's worth saving for if you can do it. UPDATE 10/27/24 Well, my addiction has grown worse. I bought a Cal King Purple Plus mattress as well, and the 10 lbs pillow for good measure. ON SALE of course.
