Im not sure how there are so many great reviews on these! They are the most uncomfortable breeches i have ever worn.I am short so breeches are always long in the leg these are no exception, these had such great reviews so i thought i woukd go for it and get them, i didnt want to spend loads as i dont compete that often but needed a new pair as i lost weight so needed a 10/12I have been really disappointed. Its great that they feature the silicone seat BUT the material is cheap so they stretch and remain baggy until they are rewashed. For me they gave me the most uncomfortable front wedgie, both when on and off the horse to the level that it hurt. Sorry to be graphic but would rather warn you 😊I found the material really grabs the dirt too, so by the time i had warmed up they looked like i had worked on a yard all morning, despite having worn overalls until i mounted.I will definitely be looking for new breeches as i cant face wearing these again.

Very comfy, good quality. Looking forward to wearing in colder weather. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size bigger than usual, i.e. a 14 rather than a 12. To be fair, this is also what the size chart led me to think. They fit wonderfully around hips and waist. I agree with other reviewers that they are more like jodhpurs than breeches, which is fine by me. In fact, they are too long! Must be made for tall riders! (I'm only 5' 2"). Sticky spots extend all the way down the inside leg, so for those who may sometimes ride in jodhpur boots, they're ideal. Price compares well with other silicone spot breeches/jodhs, though I normally pay less for ordinary jodhs.

I love these jods. I've just started riding lessons and these are the first pair I've ever bought but I'm very happy with them. Good thickness, stretch, solidly made. The inner leg grips are a great feature that help you to not slide around in the saddle. I'm a 16 and got a 16 and, while they fit, they're a little tighter than I'd personally like. (I imagine if I were slimmer I perhaps wouldn't mind the tightness.) I've only worn them a few times so maybe they will stretch a bit with wear. If I order them again I'll get an 18 but that's just personal preference.

I ordered a size 38 as I'm normally between a UK 10-12, but because I'm tall, I was a bit worried they would be too short, but they aren't - they are perfect! I really wanted riding trousers with a "sticky" bottom and sticky legs and these do exactly that. They fit really well and are incredibly comfortable. There are belt loops which will take a 1" belt and the fabric is really stretchy and comfortable. The fabric is quite thick so they will be good for the winter, although I also wore them today (23C) and I didn't feel hot in them. Highly recommend and especially for the price.

So many good things about these, unfortunately all voided by the poor quality of the seat material /seam. After the first wear (2 hour hack) the seat seam was loose and had several holes. (May have been like this when it arrived and I didn’t notice). It is a shame...because they are very comfortable and look great (especially for the price). All of the other seams are solid and good quality. However, holes in the seam of the seat make them useless. Will try to return.
