Overall it’s a good case but on the heavy side still good to have a backup battery.

This charging case was good until it was dropped once. It was a 2 foot drop and it quit charging my phone. Won’t buy again.

Works like it supposed to. Charges my iPhone …great price.

The orginal one I bought broke, they were quick to respond and got a replacement out quickly

It’s an amazing case for what it is- it’s not a 13,000 mmh battery, it’s more like a 8,000-9,000 mmh. But gets you through the day (and then some). I tried using my phone all day one day when I was sick, and it was perfect- with constant use all day, it lasted me from around 4:30am to 2am the next day. 👀

After my initial purchase my charging device stopped working. I reached out to the seller they immediately replaced with a new one, however that one did the same thing. I suspect it’s poorly made, I won’t be purchasing the same model again.

Need a better plug in

It was a wonderful charging case for as long as it worked (literally 30 days). Durable rubber case and a full charge every use. Then it stopped working properly. I contacted amazon support for product service and they advised me to clean the lightning connecter from the battery case to the phone. It worked for half a charge and failed again. It wouldn't charge anymore. Fortunately it failed within the return period and I received a full refund.Would not recommend.
