Review: So I received this product for 2 weeks, and I've been taking it since, on the same day I recieved it, its suggested dose was to take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal. So I usually take it during lunch, and I've been taking it consistently for the past 2 weeks and I do feel and can see the difference. Which is why I wanted to give it a week or 2 before I write an honest review, because I personally don't' think you'll feel anything immediately or right away. I like this product simply because it contains high antioxidants and I love anything that contains antioxidants, and support immune health/boost immunity. I no longer have allergy, despite the weather change, I also feel more energized, I can work throughout the day and not feel as tired. So overall, I think I really like this product and results were pretty apparent after 2 weeks. I'd recommend this product and will certainly continue to taking it. Absolutely resolved my allergies.

Background: I have suffered from asthma lifelong but I work with dogs daily for the past 13 years which triggers my allergies and asthma. It became worse after I hit my 50s and I was hospitalised in East Shore Hospital, Singapore in 2016 and treated with nebuliser. Ventolin, steroids and Zyrtec were my constant companions. However, all these things came with side effects plus the dosage had to be upped. Then I tried TCM which was super expensive but worked really well as long as I was taking the expensive meds. Nearly $750 a month as there is no insurance coverage for TCM from the pocket was an expense I couldn't keep up with. Book: Then I was reading a book by Raymond Francis and came across a mention for Quercetin. I ordered it and waited for delivery. Quercetin: I started taking it religiously like 3 times a day but there were no visible results at the start. I still had to use my inhaler and woke up several times a night wheezing and unable to breathe as asthma attacks continued. However, around week 4 I started seeing a marked improvement as for the first time in many many months I could sleep through the night. Now I hardly have to use my ventolin inhaler and my asthma/allergies are under control though my right nose is still partially blocked which I know by God's grace will be healed soon. So if you suffer from asthma, sinus or allergies give this a try but stick with it. I pray for healing of sinus, asthma and allergy issues for everyone reading this review who is going through this ordeal. Amen!

This is awesome to optimize this section of your nutrition. After about 2 weeks, my mind actually felt sharper- I really wasn’t expecting anything. I would recommend this.
